Return & Exchange
We happily accept returns and exchanges with the following guidelines:
Kindly inform and send it back to us within 14 days from when it is received for exchange or online store credit.
Our products passed through quality control before we ship them to you. Returns for defective merchandise is subject to our evaluation. Kindly notify us within 24 hours from the date it was received.
We will only accept unused and unwashed items that still have their tags on. Items must be with the accompanying packaging in good condition before sending them over.
Please include your invoice when sending back your items in order to avoid delays in processing.
All shipping costs for returns and exchanges shall be covered by the customer unless the
1. Item is defective/damaged upon receiving
2. Item is different from ones ordered
This includes sending the item back to us and again to you.
Customer will be held responsible for items until the arrival at our warehouse. Please ensure that the packaging of the items is secured to avoid damage. We recommend the use of dependable couriers that provide tracking services and details when sending the item back to us. Shipping of replacement item/s to you will be through our partner courier.
We will send your replacement item/s or issue store credit once we received the original item/s.
Original shipping costs are non refundable.

- Email us a photo of the defective item at email@example.com for evaluation within 24 hours from date received
- Refund will be in the form of online store credit
- All other items can be exchanged for the same kind or of same price or higher.
- If an item of lower price is chosen as replacement, balance will not be refunded.
