2. Are the products sold online new?
All products featured and sold in Great Kids Online Store are new. But we also have good deals and special promotions from time to time.

3. How do I know which size to order?
Please refer to our Size Guide for general measurements. However, each item may vary due to the style and cut. Send us an email to

 if you need exact measurements for a specific item. We’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.

4. How can I pay for the item(s) I purchased?
We accept the following payment options:

5. How much is the delivery/shipping fee?

Shipping is free for minimum order of 1,000.00 Php within the Philippines only. Charges may apply for international orders and orders below the 1,000 Php

6. How many days will the delivery take? 

Please note that counting begins from ship out date excluding Sundays and Holidays.
We ship out 1 business day after payment is verified.

7. Can I track the delivery status of the item(s) I purchased?

Once your item/s have been picked up by our courier partner, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking URL.

8. I live outside the Philippines. Is international shipping available?

Yes! We do accept orders from more than 220 countries worldwide.

9. Do you allow returns and exchanges?

Yes, we do. Kindly visit our Return & Exchange page for detailed guidelines.

10. Can I purchase an item as a gift to another person?

If you wish to send your purchase as a gift, please select USE A DIFFERENT BILLING ADDRESS before completing your order at Checkout. Enter the recipient’s personal details in the spaces provided. Please make sure that shipping area selected on previous page corresponds to this shipping address to prevent delays.

11. How do I use promo/discount codes?

Promo/discount codes are added in the order summary at the checkout page.

You may first browse for the items of your choice (items must be applicable only for the promo) at the checkout page open the order summary and include the correct code to the discount code bar.
